First off, it's always safe to choose the Bitty Box, unless you're having a party! You can always change your order size, so have fun and learn how much produce you can eat - it will not have the same effect as drinking as much soda as possible. Your face may turn orange from all of the carrots, but they are nutrient rich and may even help clean your teeth!

The Bitty:	Perfect starter box for the single cook, roommates, or a couple.
The Small:	A good size for a couple that cooks, and might have a small child.
The Medium:	Works for a hearty vegetarian couple, or a family with a couple of veggie and fruit minded children.
